Position Details:

Schedule/Hours:

Primary shift: Days (5x8-hour shifts), with flexibility to accommodate four 9-10 hour shifts if preferred. Guaranteed 36 hours weekly. Call and float requirements as needed by the facility.

Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy license. Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital setting. Comfort with both inpatient and outpatient therapy; experience with neurological/orthopedic diagnoses and basic wound care preferred. Proficiency using

EPIC EMR.

Willingness to follow department dress code (black scrubs).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for a diverse patient population. Rotate between inpatient and outpatient care, adjusting seamlessly to department needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary therapy team members. Document accurately and efficiently in EPIC.
