Schedule/Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:15 PM 40 hours guaranteed, no weekend or call requirements

Qualifications:

Active State Physical Therapy License Current CPR certification Minimum 1 year of experience, particularly in outpatient orthopedics, neuro, balance, or pain management Experience with Epic EMR preferred Flexible, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 evidence-based therapy sessions within a 25-bed hospital setting Utilize advanced equipment (Ultrasound, E-stim, Lite Gait) for patient care Float as needed between outpatient locations to ensure optimal service coverage Engage in EMR (Epic) and CBT training onsite Adhere to safety, dress code, and facility guidelines at all times
