Travel, full-time assignmentDesired Experience & Qualifications:
Valid, unencumbered PT licensure for the state of Florida Experience in hospital-based therapy, particularly critical illness or rehabilitation preferred Ability to evaluate patients, develop/modify treatment plans, and delegate therapy services Excellent documentation skills and organizational abilities Strong collaboration and communication skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and adherence to safety protocols Commitment to ongoing professional development and advocacyKey Responsibilities:
Comprehensive evaluation and management of assigned patients Develop and implement individualized treatment goals to facilitate community reintegration Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to overcome discharge barriers Provide education to patients, families, and students Ensure precise documentation in accordance with policy and guidelines Participate in safety initiatives and continuous quality improvement Supervise and mentor students, supporting their learning objectives Uphold organizational mission, values, and codes of conductBenefits & Perks:
