Qualifications:
Current, valid PT license in the applicable state Strong background in hospital-based outpatient therapy Excellent skills in comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, and care documentation Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and best clinical practices Experience educating patients, families, and students Up-to-date on discipline-specific continuing education and licensure requirements Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized, goal-focused treatment plans Document all care provided, treatment goals, and progress in compliance with policies and regulations Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Promote patient and employee safety in all aspects of care, maintaining awareness of potential hazards Act as a resource and mentor for students and new staff, fostering a positive learning environment Uphold standards of appearance, attendance, and ethical clinical practice
