Key Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations and formulate targeted therapy goals to facilitate timely discharge. Modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring alignment with patient needs, physician directives, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with clinic, state, and federal guidelines. Educate patients, families, and staff members, fostering an environment of learning and support. Uphold safety and compliance standards across all aspects of therapy service delivery. Participate in clinical performance improvement efforts and act as a mentor to students, actively contributing to the development of others.Desired Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license in MA (or eligibility to obtain). Acute clinical reasoning skills and the ability to design functional, patient-focused therapy programs. Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
