Qualifications:
Valid and current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state or eligibility to obtain Prior experience in hospital outpatient or similar clinical setting preferred Competency in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation in line with regulatory standards Commitment to safe patient care practices and ongoing professional development Ability to educate patients, families, students, and peers effectively
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to facilitate patients' return to community activities Document assessments, goals, treatments, and progress in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements Implement functional therapy programs and direct discipline-specific therapy services Foster a culture of safety and uphold organizational standards, including confidentiality and compliance Participate in student education, mentoring, and organizational professional development initiatives Maintain licensure and pursue continuing education and competency requirements
