Desired Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligibility) in Florida Proven experience in outpatient and/or hospital therapy settings Strong competency in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation Knowledge of safety protocols, infection control, and workplace hazard identification Commitment to delivering superior quality care and upholding high ethical standards Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills Dedication to ongoing professional development and team collaboration
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying individualized plans in accordance with physician directions and patient goals Direct and delegate discipline-specific therapy for assigned patients, promoting optimal functional outcomes and safe returns to community activities Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues on therapy plans and wellness Uphold clinic guidelines for attendance, punctuality, documentation, and personal presentation Ensure all services meet state, federal, and practice act standards Prioritize patient and employee safety, identifying and mitigating risks in all aspects of care Actively engage in student training, staff development, and continuous learning Consistently demonstrate organizational values focused on client care, teamwork, and performance improvement
