Qualifications/Experience:
Valid and current state Physical Therapist licensure (or eligibility) Previous experience in hospital or outpatient settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and patient evaluation skills Commitment to superior patient care and professional standards Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams Effective communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans Implement, adjust, and document therapy interventions in alignment with patient goals and physician guidance Guide support staff in delivering discipline-specific therapeutic care Prioritize patient and staff safety, adhering to established safety protocols Participate in ongoing professional development and student mentorship as needed Maintain compliance with clinic policies, regulatory standards, and professional codes of conduct Engage in organizational initiatives for quality improvement and safety awareness
