Complete comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients, developing, implementing, and evolving individualized therapy plans in line with patient needs and physician guidance. Oversee and delegate discipline-specific therapy services, fostering a supportive, educational environment for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Ensure functional, goal-oriented treatment programs that facilitate effective community reintegration. Meticulously document patient care, assessment outcomes, and progress toward discharge, adhering to state and federal guidelines. Maintain a steadfast focus on safety for both patients and staff, proactively addressing workplace hazards. Participate in continuous professional development, setting learning goals and applying new knowledge to enhance performance outcomes. Uphold professional ethical standards and comply with all regulatory requirements relevant to clinical practice.Preferred Qualifications:
