Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing, or eligibility to obtain Previous experience in an outpatient or hospital setting preferred Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation abilities Commitment to ethical standards and continuing education requirements Demonstrates flexibility, resourcefulness, and a results-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Modify and update therapy interventions to achieve functional goals Delegate, supervise, and direct discipline-specific therapy services as appropriate Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of care and progress Educate patients, families, students, and team members Participate in performance improvement initiatives and student mentorship programs Promote safety for patients and coworkers, adhering to all clinic guidelines
