Qualifications:
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts Experience in outpatient therapy and/or acute hospital settings is strongly preferred Strong clinical reasoning with a commitment to ongoing professional growth Dedication to safety, compliance, and confidentiality in patient care Eagerness to engage in continuing education and student mentorship
Responsibilities:
Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Modify therapy programs based on patient needs, goals, and physician directives Delegate and direct therapy services, fostering a collaborative team environment Educate patients, families, peers, and students, supporting a positive learning culture Maintain accurate and timely documentation, compliant with clinic and regulatory standards Promote a culture of safety in handling patients, materials, and infection control Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development plans Adhere to state practice acts and uphold professional codes of conduct
