Schedule/Hours:
Travel-based position with dynamic scheduling
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent) Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or eligibility to obtain prior to start Prior hospital or outpatient therapy experience preferred Strong documentation and clinical reasoning skills Passion for patient safety and high-quality care Commitment to professional development and continuing education Collaborative mindset with a focus on team-based care
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans Implement, modify, and document therapy services in alignment with physicians' directives and patient needs Educate patients, families, and colleagues; participate in student supervision and training as assigned Proactively recognize and address workplace safety risks, demonstrating a commitment to safe patient handling and infection control Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, hospital policies, and professional codes of conduct Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute feedback to enhance clinical outcomes
