Schedule:
Travel contract; specific start date to be determined
Required Qualifications:
Active state licensure in North Carolina or eligible for compact licensing Previous experience in inpatient hospital therapy settings strongly preferred Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Ability to quickly adapt to new charting systems and hospital protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive rehabilitative care to patients ranging from acute to post-acute conditions Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff Document progress and adjust interventions based on patient response Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise plans Maintain standards of safety, privacy, and regulatory compliance at all times
