Schedule Options 5x8's with flexible weekend coverage (2-3 days/month) 4x10's (Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday) Holiday rotation required Key Qualifications Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent Current AZ Physical Therapy license in hand/active, or AZ PT Compact eligible AHA BLS certification (must be current) Completion of an acute inpatient clinical rotation (more recent experience preferred for new grads) At least one year of experience post-clinicals Insight into pathology, lab value interpretation, and skilled interdisciplinary communication Responsibilities Evaluate patients and establish tailored care plans and goals Provide evidenced-based, individualized treatment for acute inpatient clients, including total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis Conduct comprehensive documentation and constant reassessment of patient progress Communicate with physicians, care teams, and families to ensure optimal outcomes Supervise PTAs and participate in onboarding new team members Maintain adaptability regarding caseload and scheduling, contributing to department process improvement Benefits and Perks Tax-advantaged stipends for lodging and meals Expert travel assistance for smooth transitions Premium compensation for clinicians starting 6/1 or 6/15 Comprehensive healthcare coverage and 401(k) options for career and financial security Expand your professional network and enjoy the adventure of practicing in a new, vibrant region Don't miss out on this rewarding travel position that brings enriching experiences both inside and outside the hospital. and step into a summer assignment that fuels your growth and sense of adventure!
