Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; schedule details provided upon interview.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist license in state of assignment (or eligibility) Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred Current knowledge of discipline-specific State Practice Act and regulatory requirements Strong documentation and communication skills Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in line with patient needs and physician directives Delegate, supervise, and direct therapy services for assigned patients Design functional therapy programs to support patient independence and safe community reintegration Document care thoroughly and in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Serve as a resource and educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues Participate in professional development and organizational quality initiatives Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education Promote a culture of safety for patients and fellow staff, following all safety and workplace guidelines
