Active SC or Multistate Compact Physical Therapist License required at the start of the contract BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital-based therapy experience Not open to first-time travelers Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of

Lake City, SC Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive therapeutic care to inpatients across a 28-bed rehab unit Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes Document care using EPIC charting Adhere to facility protocols, including potential emergency response participation during hurricane season (June-November)
