Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active and unencumbered Physical Therapy license Previous hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to independently assess, plan, and administer therapy Commitment to proper documentation and adherence to facility guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for diverse patient populations Document care, progress, and discharge summaries effectively according to hospital protocol Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals Educate patients and families on therapy goals, plans, and home programs Contribute to a culture of safety, compassion, and evidence-based care
