Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment (schedule provided upon interview)Qualifications & Experience:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Experience in outpatient and/or hospital-based therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning with the ability to design individualized treatment plans Commitment to upholding patient safety, clinic policies, and professional codes of conduct Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills Ongoing interest in professional growth, continuing education, and mentorship rolesResponsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients, develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans per physician guidance Coordinate delivery and delegation of therapy services for assigned caseload Document clinical care, progress, and goals clearly and on time, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies Promote patient and employee safety, adhering to best practices for care, infection control, and use of safety equipment Engage in departmental initiatives for quality improvement and participate in educational opportunities for students, families, and peersBenefits & Perks:
