Schedule/Hours:
36 hours guaranteed per week
Qualifications:
Valid, active Physical Therapy license (state eligibility required) Clinical experience in hospital-based therapy preferred Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care Effective communication and teamwork abilities Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs for hospital patients Collaborate with nursing, occupational, and speech therapy teams for comprehensive care Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately Provide education and support to patients and their families Uphold high standards of ethical practice and patient confidentiality
