Schedule/Hours:
Travel/Contract position with flexible scheduling
Desired Qualifications:
Current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state of MA (or eligibility) Prior experience working in hospital or outpatient settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and comprehensive patient evaluation skills Ability to design treatment programs promoting functional, community-based recovery Commitment to safety, consistent with a "safety first" organizational approach Effective verbal and written communication for patient, family, and team education
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans per physician direction and patient goals Oversee discipline-specific therapy services, delegating and directing care as needed Document evaluations, goals, treatment interventions, and progress accurately and promptly Uphold organizational values of quality, respect, teamwork, and clinical excellence Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to best practices in handling, infection control, and environmental awareness Participate in the mentorship of students and ongoing professional development Follow all regulatory standards and maintain required licensure and CE credits
