Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Physical Therapy license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure in MA) Recent experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred Sound understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention planning Ability to effectively educate patients, families, students, and colleagues Commitment to maintaining high standards of professional conduct and continuing education
Schedule/Hours:
Travel position with full-time hours (details provided during interview)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients Design functional treatment programs to facilitate community reintegration Complete comprehensive, timely documentation consistent with regulatory standards Participate in clinical development initiatives and student education when assigned Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and organizational guidelines
