Schedule/Hours:
13-week assignment 36 hours guaranteed per week
Qualifications:
Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) Prior experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is preferred Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and documentation skills Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans Deliver effective physical therapy interventions aimed at improving patient mobility and function Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital standards Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies and home exercise programs Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
