Responsibilities:
Schedule/Hours:
Travel-based, flexible duration Evaluate assigned patients and create individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician direction Oversee, delegate, and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients Design functional treatment programs to support patients' return to community activities Serve as a resource and educator for patients, families, colleagues, and students Promote patient and employee safety, focusing on safe patient handling and compliance with safety protocols Complete comprehensive, timely medical record documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines Participate in student training programs, fostering a positive and educational environment Pursue ongoing professional development through self-study, continuing education, and professional engagement Adhere to discipline-specific state regulations, maintain active licensure, and follow organizational performance improvement initiativesQualifications:
Valid state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality careBenefits & Perks:
