Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Physical Therapy license Previous hospital-based experience preferred Thorough knowledge of therapeutic modalities, assessments, and care planning Strong communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced settings Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to a diverse patient population Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff Educate patients and families on treatment goals and at-home exercises Document care accurately in electronic medical records Support facility quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
