Valid and current Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) for South Carolina Experience in hospital-based physical therapy preferred Familiarity with APTA practice standards and evidence-based interventions Strong communication skills; ability to interact compassionately with patients, families, and clinical teams Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding facility standardsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective therapy treatments as ordered for hospital patients Develop and adjust individualized patient care plans using thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments Collaborate with PTAs, multidisciplinary staff, and families to optimize rehabilitation outcomes Ensure accurate, thorough documentation in compliance with professional and facility guidelines Lead treatment teams and participate in meetings, in-services, and ongoing educational sessions Adapt schedules as needed to accommodate changes in department caseloads Maintain a professional workspace, upholding organizational values and promoting safe care environments Pursue evidence-based practice and stay current with research to inform interventionsBenefits and Travel Perks:
