Qualifications:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing Experience in hospital-based therapy preferred Strong clinical reasoning and documentation abilities Committed to ongoing professional development and learning Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dedication to patient safety and high-quality care standards
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans aligned with patient-specific goals Deliver and modify therapy services, ensuring progress toward safe discharge Maintain meticulous, timely, and compliant documentation Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues Supervise or delegate discipline-specific services as needed Adhere to organizational, regulatory, and ethical standards Champion patient and workplace safety following clinic protocols Actively participate in quality improvement and student education initiatives Pursue personal growth through ongoing education and feedback
