Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active and applicable professional licensure in good standing Clinical competency to provide therapy care in compliance with current state and federal guidelines Documented experience in hospital physical therapy, with a focus on patient-centered outpatient care Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to implement, modify, and evaluate treatment plans Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and organizational core values Previous experience in student clinical education and a demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, develop, and modify individualized treatment plans for assigned patients based on goals, physician direction, and patient needs Delegate and direct therapy services specific to patient caseload Ensure thorough, clear, and timely documentation adhering to all regulatory and clinic-specific requirements Act as an educator for patients, families, coworkers, and students Promote and maintain patient and employee safety through consistent adherence to safe practices Participate in quality improvement programs and staff feedback processes Uphold standards of professionalism related to appearance, attendance, and punctuality
