Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, travel assignment
Qualifications/Skills:
Degree in Physical Therapy and current, unencumbered PT license Hospital-based or related outpatient therapy experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and evaluation skills Commitment to patient and employee safety practices Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Upholds high standards of ethical conduct and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans Modify treatments as needed to meet patient goals and physician directives Delegate and guide therapy staff specific to patient care Ensure clear, concise, and complete medical record documentation in compliance with all standards Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues as needed Participate in student programs; provide positive learning experiences and evaluate progress Actively pursue professional growth through ongoing education and mentorship Promote and maintain safety, adhering to all clinic and regulatory guidelines
