Key Qualifications:
Completed an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program Valid, active PTA license in SD or eligibility for state licensure Previous experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings preferred Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to adapt swiftly to new clinical environments
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement individualized patient therapy plans under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to support optimal mobility and function Document patient progress and contribute to care team discussions Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues for coordinated, high-quality care Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards
