36 hours guaranteed per week
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Clinical experience in a hospital or rehab setting preferred Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills Proven ability to follow treatment plans and work under registered therapists' supervision Flexibility and adaptability to new environments
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in implementing patient care plans Deliver prescribed therapeutic exercises and interventions Accurately document patient progress and response to treatments Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and goals Maintain a safe, supportive, and collaborative care environment
