Qualifications:

Valid PTA license (or eligibility) in Missouri Previous hospital-based experience preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with PTs and multidisciplinary teams Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

Implement components of individualized patient care plans Collect and report treatment data to PT Collaborate with physical therapists to adjust care as needed Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and balance training Advise families on effective at-home techniques Maintain an organized, clean therapy environment Safely assist with patient transfers to therapy areas Support administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping
