Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California Previous experience in an acute or hospital therapy setting preferred Proficiency in implementing therapy plans under the supervision of a PT Strong time-management, communication, and patient care skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with physical therapists to deliver patient-centered therapeutic interventions Assist in developing individualized care plans based on patient needs and recovery goals Document progress and communicate effectively with care teams and families Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards of care Provide support, encouragement, and education to patients and caregivers
