PM Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum 1 year of recent, acute-care hospital PICU RN experience

BLS & PALS

certifications required Strong IV start, blood draw, and TPT placement skills Comfortable working under pressure in a collaborative, teaching-focused environment Preferred experience: CRRT proficiency APHON certification Prior experience in a pediatric teaching hospital

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct intensive care to pediatric patients alongside intensivists and multidisciplinary team members Manage general CR monitoring and collaborate closely with respiratory therapy and dietary services Participate actively in rounds, new technology adaptations, and quality improvement initiatives
