Schedule/Hours:
Travel placement (specific hours provided during assignment process)Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with precision and compassion Educate and support families throughout the patient care journey Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring the stability and safety of patients Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Follow policies, regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe and compliant unitDesired Qualifications:
Active RN license (state-specific or compact) Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a PICU setting strongly preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills Previous travel nursing experience a plus but not requiredPerks & Benefits:
