Pay:

$51.00 - $55.90 per hour based on experience

Type:

Three-month contract

Schedule:

8:00AM - 4:30 (Monday - Friday), with on-call one week, and one weekend per month

Coverage Areas:

Lorain, Lake, and Cuyahoga

Primary Responsibilities:

• OASIS assessments
• Wound care including wound vacs
• IV therapy, enteral tube feedings, urinary drainage device management
• Coordination of care, disease management, medication reconciliation, case management
• Agency discharges

Qualifications:

• Current RN License in good standing
• CPR Certification
• Experience in homecare
• HCHB experience is preferred
