Schedule/Hours:

Night shifts: 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Every other weekend required 13-week assignment with an ASAP start

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

Active Arkansas (AR) state or multistate RN license BLS certification At least one year of Behavioral Health RN experience SAMA certification (may be obtained at the facility if not currently held)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered care to adult psychiatric patients in accordance with the Nursing Process, state Nurse Practice Act, and hospital policies Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, critical thinking skills, and leadership in planning and implementing safe care strategies Maintain and improve professional competencies through continuing education Delegate care efficiently, considering the skills of available staff Offer supervision and guidance to assigned healthcare personnel to ensure optimal patient outcomes
