Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license (state-specific or compact) Minimum of 1 year of recent Psychiatric nursing experience BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; additional psychiatric/behavioral health certifications preferred Strong communication, assessment, and crisis management abilities Ability to adapt to new teams and settings with professionalism
