Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current ARRT Radiation Therapy certification (or equivalent) BLS certification required Demonstrated proficiency in operating treatment units, including linear accelerators and CT simulators Strong knowledge of IGRT, SBRT, and portal imaging Prior experience with MOSAIQ record and verify systems preferred Ability to construct immobilization devices and work with simulation equipment Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and adherence to policies

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver precise radiation therapy according to prescribed treatment plans with minimal supervision Conduct daily and monthly QA tasks for linac and CT, including respiratory gating and SBRT simulation Simulate patients using department-specific protocols and construct necessary immobilization devices Perform and document billing for specialized devices and simulations Train and oversee therapists in CT/simulation and QA protocols as Lead CT Therapist Maintain accurate records and review treatment parameters in MOSAIQ Follow departmental safety policies and ALARA principles for radiation protection Efficiently report and address equipment issues impacting patient care
