Key Responsibilities:
Administer precise radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by oncologists Operate and maintain advanced radiation therapy equipment, ensuring optimal safety and accuracy Educate and support patients and their families throughout the treatment process Work collaboratively with radiation oncologists, nurses, dosimetrists, and other interdisciplinary team members Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to strict safety protocols
Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program Active, unrestricted licensure in the state of North Carolina or eligibility for licensure Previous experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills
