Responsibilities include:
Administering daily prescribed radiation therapy doses with precision Adhering strictly to operating protocols and safety standards Positioning patients for treatment in alignment with physician directives Educating and reassuring patients and families, providing support throughout their treatment journey Participating in the training and mentorship of radiation therapy students Maintaining a welcoming and compassionate environment for patients, families, and visitors Engaging in ongoing professional growth through continuing education and goal setting Handling additional duties as assigned to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications & Experience:
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required Prior experience operating advanced radiotherapy equipment preferred Excellent communication, professionalism, and patient care skills Commitment to safety, compassion, and service excellence
