Job Description
Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Travel assignment, flexible schedule based on department needsEssential Qualifications:
Certification in Radiation Therapy Experience as a Radiation Therapist Proficient in IGRT, SBRT, portal imaging, and CT/simulation techniques Familiarity with MOSAIQ, McKesson, and electronic records management Strong understanding of department protocols, safety standards, and ALARA principles Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervisionKey Responsibilities:
Deliver precise radiation therapy using advanced treatment units; maintain clear communication with patients throughout procedures Perform daily and monthly linac and CT Quality Assurance CT/Simulate patients per protocol, construct immobilization devices, utilize IV contrast as required, and perform specialized simulations (AcQ, respiratory gating, SBRT) Oversee and train team members in CT/Simulation and related techniques Accurately complete treatment documentation, verify treatment plans, and review all records in MOSAIQ Attend weekly chart rounds and facilitate safe patient transport as needed Adhere strictly to all department policies, dress codes, safety procedures, and equipment guidelines Ensure accurate treatment tracking and respond to equipment issues promptlyBenefits & Perks:
