Certified Radiation Therapist with current ARRT (T) credential Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) Competency in operating linear accelerators and CT simulators Previous experience in a hospital or cancer center preferred Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing clinical environmentResponsibilities:
Administer precise radiation therapy treatments following physician's prescriptions Implement safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and self from unnecessary radiation exposure Accurately calibrate and operate therapy equipment Document treatment details and patient responses promptly and accurately Collaborate with oncologists, dosimetrists, and nurses to deliver comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families about treatment processes and answer their questions compassionatelyBenefits & Perks:
