1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract, covering inpatient, outpatient, ED, Fluoro, and OR general radiography. Details General radiography department serving inpatient, outpatient, ED, fluoroscopy, and OR settings Daily caseload of 100-120 patients across 5 rooms Patient population includes adult ICU, NICU, and PICU cases Procedures include portables, C-arm, contrast studies, extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, fluoroscopy studies, enema studies, and surgery/C-arm EMR systems include Epic (experience required) and McKesson Mixed weekly schedule: 2x12-hour shifts and 2x8-hour shifts; every other weekend is required Weekend shifts are 8 hours; the specific days (Saturday or Sunday) may vary based on the week cycle No call or float requirements Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at a local pay rate Requirements Minimum of 2 years of X-Ray Technologist experience Current ARRT certification required Valid NH state license required (license required if applicable) AHA or Red Cross certifications only accepted Epic EMR experience required Experience in outpatient, inpatient, OR, ER, and adult ICU settings Proficiency with PACS, portables, C-arm, contrast, fluoroscopy, and a full range of radiographic studies Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Orientation is conducted on day shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Teaching hospital and community hospital experience, as well as familiarity with GE, Siemens, or Canon equipment, is preferred Professional references are required; candidates may be considered with a second reference still pending Former employees of any facility within the SolutionHealth system are not eligible for consideration, regardless of time elapsed since separation
