Job Description

Category Imaging - Radiology Tech Job Type Travel Elevate your career by contributing your expertise in imaging as a Radiology Technologist. In this contract opportunity, you'll play a vital role in patient diagnosis and care through high-quality radiographic imaging, supporting clinical teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT (R) certification or eligible State licensure as required Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, patient safety, and radiation protection procedures Previous experience with digital imaging systems preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic radiologic examinations according to physician orders and established protocols Ensure patients are comfortable, well-informed, and properly positioned for each procedure Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring all machines meet quality assurance standards Collaborate with radiologists and other team members to review images and deliver accurate results Uphold strict safety standards related to radiology, including thorough documentation of each procedure Support workflow in the imaging department, balancing efficiency with compassionate patient care Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA requirements
