• BLS Certification Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focusing on nutrition status, physiology, and medical history to inform tailored diet plans.

Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate diagnostic evaluation results, weight management strategies, and specific needs such as tube feeding or geriatrics. Provide expert guidance on nutrition therapy for acute care and long-term care patients, including those with complex conditions like geriatrics or requiring specialized dietary modifications. Experience Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care, geriatrics, or long-term care environments. Demonstrated expertise in nutrition diagnosis, dietary assessment techniques, and the creation of effective care plans. #
