May 26, 2026Night Shift | 36 Hours GuaranteedJob OverviewNurseAmerica is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Travel Acute Rehabilitation Unit assignment. This role is ideal for RNs who excel in patient recovery, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Travel Requirement:
Must live 100+ miles awayKey ResponsibilitiesAssess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor patient progress and document outcomesEducate patients and families on recovery and care plansCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamsMaintain compliance with clinical and safety standardsMay assume charge nurse responsibilities as neededRequirementsActive RN license
BLS & ACLS
certifications requiredMinimum 12 years of RN experienceAt least 1 completed travel assignment requiredAcute Rehab or inpatient rehab experience preferredStrong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
