Qualifications:

Current and valid RN licensure Minimum of two years recent experience in CVOR nursing BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficient in circulating and scrubbing roles in cardiovascular operating rooms Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment Circulate and scrub in a variety of complex cardiac surgical procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other care team members Monitor patient status and respond rapidly to emergent situations Accurately document all care provided and maintain patient safety at all times
