Hours:
Travel Assignments; flexible scheduling options based on facility needs
Qualifications:
Active RN license, eligible to practice in Indiana Specialized experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing Current BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of one year of recent CVOR experience preferred Strong communication and critical thinking skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality patient care throughout cardiovascular surgical procedures Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure optimal outcomes Adhere to facility protocols and standards of care Maintain accurate perioperative documentation Support sterile technique and infection prevention measures Educate and advocate for patients and families as needed
