Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum 2 years' experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Proficiency in cardiovascular surgical procedures, scrubbing, and circulating BLS and ACLS certification required Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care Adaptability to new technology and willingness to learn from varied practice standards

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to deliver outstanding cardiovascular perioperative care Prepare and maintain sterile fields and equipment in the CVOR Scrub, circulate, and document all required information throughout surgical procedures Maintain high standards of infection control, safety, and patient advocacy Educate and support patients and their families pre- and post-operatively
