Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent ER nursing experience (travel experience preferred, but not required) BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional ER-relevant credentials a plus) Strong assessment, triage, and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct rapid assessments and deliver high-quality care to patients with urgent and critical needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Act as a resource for patients and families, providing education and support during emergencies Adhere to evidence-based ER best practices and hospital policies
